Mountaineers Foundation Awards PEAC Community Grant

The Mountaineers Foundation has awarded PEAC a $4,000 grant for its Oregon Waters and Oregon Lands projects. The Foundation’s Community Grants program has also supported PEAC’s work in the past and expressed their appreciation of being able to leverage their contribution with PEAC’s expertise, “understanding the potential benefits are huge.” The award will support PEAC’s advocacy in areas such as enforcement of the Clean Water Act and the protection of watersheds on Oregon public lands, all while training law students to carry on this work.
