NCVLI presenting at National Center for Victims of Crime 2010 National Conference

NCVLI executive director, Meg Garvin, and victim advocate, Jo Borkan, will be co-presenting with Department of Justice representatives at The National Center for Victims of Crime 2010 National Conference in New Orleans on September 15th.  The presentation, “United States Victims of Foreign Identity Theft, Computer Intrusion, and Cyber Crime,”  will explore online fraud victimization and unique victims’ rights issues when offenders are prosecuted in foreign jurisdictions.  This is a closed session for federal employees only.  Future public trainings coming soon!
