Take advantage of the opportunity to attend OLI’s highly rated CLE programs at a bargain rate. Not only will the OLI Annual Pass save you money, it offers you flexibility to choose the courses you need, when you need them.

Start your OLI Annual Pass the first of any month from September 1, 2012 through January 1, 2013 and your OLI Pass is good for the next 365 days. With the OLI Pass, you pay only a $15 tuition fee with advance registration for most live programs and video replays and $50 for live webcasts. You will also receive a 40% discount on seminars featuring our popular nationally acclaimed speakers.

If you are unable to attend a seminar, or if you need information from past seminars, the OLI Pass offers a 50% discount on OLI product orders. To view the products that are available, check out our “Product Catalog.” In addition, OLI Passholders receive a 20% discount on online and MP3 CLEs, click on “Online and MP3 CLE Courses.”

  • INDIVIDUAL PASS - $545
  • INDIVIDUAL PASS RENEWAL - $495 (OLI’s Individual Pass is not transferrable and nonassignable. This Pass cannot be used by anyone other than the individual to whom the OLI Pass is issued.)
  • FIRM OR GROUP PASS - $945
  • FIRM OR GROUP PASS RENEWAL - $845
    ($845 for each additional Pass)
    This Pass is transferrable within a firm or group. Any member of the firm or group may use the OLI Pass to attend an individual program (i.e., only one person may use the Pass for each seminar.) Firms or groups may, however, purchase more than one OLI Pass. If the group is not a firm or governmental office, the names of each group member must be listed at the time the OLI Pass is purchased and use of the OLI Pass will be limited to the listed names.

Please Read Completely and Carefully

  • There is a $15 registration fee with advance registration for most live programs and video replays. The following programs do not qualify for the $15 rate:
    •  Programs offered through a contractual arrangement with a national speaker or organization;
    • Regional conferences and Lewis & Clark Law School-sponsored programs; and
    •  Online seminars.
  • All registrations are subject to our normal late fee, cancellation, and handling fee policies.
  • Any luncheons offered at programs are not included in the OLI Pass.
  • Each person who attends a program will receive one copy of the course materials.
  • OLI reserves the right to change or cancel program plans if circumstances warrant.
  • OLI Passholders will receive a 50% discount on the purchase of most OLI product orders. This discount is not available with other discounts, special offers, sales, or coupons.
  • OLI Passholders are able to register for live webcasts for $50.
  • OLI Passholders will receive a 40% discount off the registration for national speakers.
  • OLI Passholders receive a 20% discount on online and MP3 CLEs. This discount is not available with other discounts, special offers, or coupons.
  • Under no circumstances will the term of any OLI Pass be extended beyond the 12-month period you select.
  • OLI reserves the right to limit the number of Passes issued.
  • It is your responsibility to use the OLI Pass when registering for a seminar and to pay the appropriate Pass tuition.
  • To reserve a spot, register at least two weeks prior to the seminar date.
