Jeffrey G. Condit (OLI Past President) is a Partner at Miller Nash LLP in Portland. Prior to joining Miller Nash, Mr. Condit served as City Attorney for the City of Lake Oswego and County Counsel in Benton County, Oregon. Mr. Condit’s practice focuses on the areas of government and constitutional law, local governance, public finance, revenue and taxation, public facilities planning and service, real property law, public contracting, and urban renewal. He has done extensive work at the Oregon Legislature on behalf of cities, counties, and the Oregon State Bar. He received his B.A., cum laude, from the University of Washington and J.D. from Willamette University School of Law.
