Jere M. Webb is a Partner at Stoel Rives LLP where his practice focuses on intellectual property, marketing law, and trade regulation law. Mr. Webb received his A.B. from Stanford University and his J.D. from University of Chicago Law School. He is a member of the Computer Law Association, Licensing Executives Society, International Bar Association, and the ABA Forum on Franchising. He is the founder and member of the Board of Directors of Pacific Rim Computer Law Institute, a past member of the OSB Board of Governors, and a past chair of the OSB Committee on Continuing Legal Education. He is the editor of Civil Litigation Manual (Oregon CLE 1982) and Advising Oregon Businesses (Oregon CLE 1989-2002).
