Mark Johnson Roberts. After nearly 20 years in sole and small-firm practice, Mark recently rejoined Gevurtz Menashe Larson & Howe PC in Portland.  His practice emphasizes alternative family structures, adoption and surrogacy, appellate litigation, and international family law issues. Mark received his B.A. from Reed College ;   his J.D. from  the Boalt Hall School of Law at the University of California, Berkeley;  and his LL.M. in Transnational Law from Willamette University College of Law. He is a fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers and is the ABA State Delegate for Oregon.  He is past president of the Oregon State Bar, past president of the National LGBT Bar Association, and former chair of the State Professional Responsibility Board.
