Hon. Timothy J. Sercombe is a Judge with the Oregon Court of Appeals. Judge Sercombe received his B.A. from Northwestern University and his J.D., honors graduate from the University of Oregon School of Law. He has been a member of the Oregon State Bar since 1976. Prior to joining the Court of Appeals in 2007, Justice Sercombe practiced law at Kirkpatrick & Lockhart Preston Gates Ellis (1991-2007) and Harrang Long Gary Rudnick, P.C. (1977-1991). He is a member of the Multnomah County Bar Association and Oregon Appellate Judges Association.
