Advanced Business Seminar

Limit: 15 Students

This seminar will focus on state and federal securities litigation and FINRA arbitration that provides the dispute resolution mechanism between investors and their brokers. Bob Banks, who will join me in teaching this seminar, is an experienced litigator and one of the nation’s foremost experts on FINRA arbitration. During the course of the semester, you will have the opportunity to experience all parts of the FINRA arbitration process including the client interview, the drafting of the claim and answer, the selection of arbitrators and the hearing itself.

Meets Seminar Requirement, W.I.E or Capstone Writing Requirements.

Qualifies for Business Law Certificate Level 4 class and Capstone Writing Requirement.
