This basic course, strongly recommended for students with no previous knowledge of energy law, covers monopoly regulation, ratemaking, and federal/state jurisdiction. Those who want to take the Renewable Energy Law, Nuclear Law, or Oil and Gas are particularly encouraged to start with this course. Students who have already taken Energy Law at Lewis and Clark Law School cannot take this course for credit.
