1. Please be sure to leave a message on x6644 when you need service. The hotline is checked frequently from (at least) 8:30am to 5:00pm.

2. You may also leave an 'urgent' message on the hotline. Urgent issues, e.g., a computer that won't boot, will be prioritized and worked before other requests, such as a request for printer toner. We endeavor to check the hotline at least once an hour during the work day. For all requests, you may call specific members of the Computing Services team, but we are frequently away from our desks. Therefore, you will receive the quickest service by leaving a message on the hotline. Thanks!
