Business Immigration Law*

Description:

Taking a combined theoretical/practical approach, this course will cover immigration issues of concern to U.S. employers and employees: business visas (immigrant and non-immigrant), employer sanctions and employment discrimination.

Also included will be materials relating to practice before the U.S. Department of Labor, the Board of Alien Labor Certification Appeals, the U.S. Immigration & Naturalization Service, the Board of Immigration Appeals, U.S. Department of State Consular Posts, the Office of the Chief Administrative Hearing Officer and Federal Courts.

There are no prerequisites for this course.
