Climate Change and the Law
June 19-June29, 1:30-4:30 p.m., exam July 2.
An examination of the legal regimes that regulate global warming activities and an exploration of other legal tools for addressing and mitigating climate change. Part I will consider international strategies and tools for challenging actions that contribute to climate change, and part II will focus on U.S. policy and explore whether domestic law provides avenues for challenging the U.S. contribution to climate change.
