Dan Mensher is a clinical professor of law and staff attorney at the Pacific Environmental Advocacy Center (PEAC). His work focuses on water quality and hazardous waste remediation. Dan graduated from Lewis & Clark Law School, and then clerked for the Oregon Court of Appeals. Before law school, he received his M.S. in Geography from the University of Wisconsin, where he studied issues of water quality, resource management, and subsistence economies in Alaska and Africa.
