Topic: IP Protection of Video Games: Selected Topics

Speakers: Please join us as speakers Chris Tuttle and Mark Alleman (Alleman Hall McCoy Russell & Tuttle LLP) lead a discussion of IP considerations that arise in protecting video games. Topics to include patent, trademark and copyright issues.  In addition, the speakers have observed reluctance on the part of video game companies to take full advantage of the patent system.  This topic will be taken up as well, along with an exploration of aspects of video games that are particularly amenable to patenting.

Christopher S. Tuttle is a partner at Alleman Hall McCoy Russell & Tuttle LLP.  Christopher received his J.D. from Franklin Pierce Law Center and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering, with honors, from Oakland University.
