Ben Eder is an equity partner at Thuemmel, Uhle & Eder. He specializes in D.U.I.I. defense but has tried everything from attempted aggravated murder to traffic tickets. Ben has been named a Top Trial Attorney under the Age of 40 by the National Trial Lawyers (awarded to the top 1% in the field), Rising Star by Super Lawyers Magazine and one of the top 25 Up & Coming Lawyers in the State of Oregon under the age of 40 in 2011 and 2012.
David Eder is an Assistant City Attorney at the City of Beaverton. He has conducted over 100 jury trials and handles criminal and civil litigation for the City of Beaverton. He primarily prosecutes D.U.I.I. cases and trains police officers on criminal investigations and civil liability concerns. In 2011, David was asked to be an instructor at the National Advocacy Center on jury selection after receiving the top grade in a week long training of prosecutors from around the country. David was also named an Up and Coming Lawyer in 2010, 2011 and 2012 as one of the top 25 lawyers in the State of Oregon under the age of 40.
Ben Eder and David Eder will teach you how to effectively pick a jury. After the 45 minute lesson, the Eder twins will show you how to pick a jury as they conduct a live mock jury selection. Learn how the jury process works, strategy, innovative techniques and skills to pick the best jury possible.
