Identity Theft - Victim Assistance and Remediation

Identity theft affects millions of people every year.  This training discusses several common types of identity theft and how victim advocates and attorneys can assist victims who suffer financial loss as a result of these crime.   It will cover how to absolve the victim of debt unlawfully incurred in his/her name, restore the victim’s credit rating, as well as, outline measures victims can take to protect against future fraud.
