Georgia Pacific West &\; NEDC v. Decker. Jeff Fisher\, Professor of Law\, Co-Director\, Supreme Court Litigation Clinic and an experienced Supreme Court litigator\, will represent NEDC in this matter. In prepara tion for the case\, Jeff Fisher will be participating in a round table di scussion with NEDC staff\, attorneys and professors who are well-versed i n the case NEDC extends the invitation for students to observe and partic ipate in this event.In order to participate\, NEDC is requiring students to come to a pre-round table discussion of the case with Chris Winter (at torney in the case at the District Court and 9th Circuit) and Allison LaP lante (author of an amicus brief for the U.S Supreme Court). The purpose of this required pre-round table meeting is two-fold. First\, confidentia lity issues surrounding the round table will be discussed.
