Upon graduation\, Voluck wo rked as the land and trust resources attorney for the Sitka Tribe of Alas ka before being promoted to Director of the Tribe's Law and Trust Resourc es Department. While working under the mentorship of David S. Case repres enting the Tlingit\, Haida\, Athabascan\, Inupiat\, Yupik\, and Aleutiiq peoples\, Voluck also worked with Case co-authoring the revision of the l egal treatise Alaska Natives and American Laws. Voluck currently sits as Magistrate/Judge for the Central Council of Tlingit and Haida Indian Trib es of Alaska and as Presiding Judge Pro Tem for the Aleut Community of St .
