He has been a Sen ior Trial Attorney with the OTP since 2007 and was a Trial Attorney with the OTP from 1997–2002. Mr. Stringer has worked on numerous trials an d appeals at the Tribunal. He was also an International Prosecutor with the United Nations mission in Kosovo (2004) and in Sarajevo (2005). A pr acticing lawyer since 1984\, Mr. Stringer is a former white-collar crime prosecutor with the U.S. Department of Justice and has worked in privat e practice\, specializing in white-collar criminal defense and complex l itigation. In the United States he has conducted numerous jury trials in U.S. federal courts and practiced extensively at the federal appellate level. He is a member of the bar of the State of Oregon\, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit\, and the U.S. Supreme Court.
