Jon as is a senior vice president and Trillium's Director of Shareholder Advo cacy and is responsible for leading and coordinating Trillium's extensive advocacy program\, which works to engage companies on their environmenta l and social performance. His advocacy work includes direct communication s with company leadership\, investor education and awareness\, shareholde r proposals\, and public policy advocacy at the federal level. Jonas hold s JD and masters degrees from Vermont Law School.
Colin Price is the director of research and market innovation for the Oregon Environmental Council. He works strategically to develop and advance policies that protect peopl e and ensure resilient ecosystems while fostering innovation and transpar ency in the market place. His strategies emphasize cross-sector collabora tion with stakeholders from industry\, public agencies\, and other NGOs. His areas of practice are diverse and include carbon pricing\, chemical a nd material innovation\, and supply chains among others. Colin is an envi ronmental scientist with a background in pollutant transport\, toxicity a nd risk assessment. He holds a BS in Environmental Sciences and a Master' s in Urban and Regional Planning.
Maya Jarrad received her bachelors from Reed in Environmental Studies and Economics. During her time there\, she was a core organizer of Fossil Free Reed\, the school's fossil fuel divestment campaign. Maya is the recipient of the Lys Carney Post-Bac Fellowship an d the Miller-Mintz Research Grant. \;
Professor Fromherz teaches and writes in the areas of international law\, environmental law\, and compar ative law. \; Before coming to Lewis &\; Clark\, Professor Fromher z taught public international law and worked on environmental issues in C ochabamba\, Bolivia. \; Prior to his time in Bolivia\, he worked as a litigation associate foe Crowell &\; Moring LLP and as a law clerk fo r Circuit Judge Terence Evans (7th Cir.) and District Judge David Lawson (E.D. Mich.). \; Professor Fromherz's scholarship has appeared in the \;Stanford Environmental Law Journal\, the \;Washin gton University Global Studies Law Review\, the \;Ecology La w Quarterly\, and the \;West Virginia Law Review. \ ;
