Jody O. Brassfield-English

Jody Brassfield-English first learned about NCVLI as a member of the team engaged to perform NCVLI’s financial statement audit in 2007.  Jody worked in public accounting for six years, performing financial audits for nonprofit organizations, and enjoyed working with NCVLI for four of those years.  After leaving public accounting in 2011 to become the Controller for the Western Energy Institute, Jody joined NCVLI’s board.  She has a bachelor’s degree in English from the University of Oregon and an Accounting Certificate from Portland State University.  Jody is an Oregon native and lives in northeast Portland with her husband, two dogs, two cats, and a flock of chickens.
