Erin Scheurer

My name is Erin Sheurer and I am from Minneapolis, Minnesota.  I attended the University of Puget Sound, got a BA in International Political Economy, and focused on environmental studies and sustainable living.  I enjoy traveling, ceramics (high fire stoneware), reading, yoga, cooking, radio dj-ing, and being outdoors.  Something not many people know about me is that I love baking with my friends while listening to big band music.  Totally wholesome btw!  Nothing as magical.  The motto I live by is: “live with compassion and wisdom; wear the face of Buddha until you become him.”  My goal in SBA is to get L&C to more fully reflect the environmental values of its student body (stronger focus on sustainable living, i.e. zero-waste events).
