My six years of IT experience is directly relevant to this position: as a student technician I worked on academic IT projects, and as corporate IT support I worked in a fast-paced, do-everything environment where I picked up a great deal of management-level experience. Since ITSAC is mostly concerned with macro-level, multi-campus projects, it is my corporate background that makes me a well-qualified representative for the law students.
In addition to serving as the law student perspective on long-term project proposals, I am always interested in improving the use of IT resources we already have in order to benefit students directly. I strive to be helpful to students (and many of the faculty and staff) on a daily basis on questions of technology, and ITSAC is an extension of that interest.
