2000

Robert Childs BA was recognized by The Body as one of five leaders who made a difference in HIV/AIDS in the United States in 2011. Childs has worked with the North Carolina Harm Reduction Coalition in Durham for the past two years. The coalition strives to bridge the gap between law enforcement and drug users. His syringe-access trainings have reached about 3,500 people, saving hundreds, if not thousands, of lives from the spread of HIV.

2003

Arts & Sciences Reunion June 20-23, 2012

Elizabeth Posey BA completed her M.P.H. with a concentration in health systems and policy at Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health.

2004

Anna Peters BA leads the recruitment effort for more than 1,000 literacy and math tutors, each of whom serves one year in Minnesota schools. “I know that many Lewis & Clark grads end up in Minnesota, so I wanted to get the word out that we’re filling positions! Tutoring positions are great for people who are starting a new career, in career transition, or are retiring.” Those interested can learn more at Minnesota Reading Corps or Minnesota Math Corps.

2005

Brian Federico BA completed his M.BA in August. He started work as the director of development at the School of Business Administration at Portland State University in January 2012.

2007

Lauren Edwards BA is in a joint MA/PhD program in German and European affairs at Georgetown University through the BMW Center for German and European Studies. She earned her master’s degree in May 2012 and received a fellowship from the Bosch Foundation to work in Germany from September 2012 to May 2013. 

2008

Arts & Sciences Reunion June 20-23, 2012

Eric Atcheson BA is senior pastor at First Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) in Longview, Washington. In May 2011, he accepted a four-year appointment to the Northwest Regional Board of Directors for the Disciples of Christ.

2009

Isaac Holeman BA is the chief strategist for Medic Mobile, an organization he cofounded during his time at Lewis & Clark. A winner of the Top 11 in 2011 Innovators Challenge, he has been recognized as a professional who uses mobile technology in innovative ways to improve health systems in remote areas of the world.

2010

Elizabeth “Liz” Holliday BA moved back to the United States from London.

Rachel Weber BA completed her MA in education and earned her California Multiple Subject Teaching Credential at San Jose State University.
