Jackson McNeill, NCVLI Summer 2012 Law Student Intern

Jackson McNeill is a second year law student at University of California Los Angeles School of Law who served as one of NCVLI’s Summer 2012 Law Student Interns.

This is what Jackson had to say about his time at NCVLI:

I thoroughly enjoyed working for the NCVLI. Not only did the attorneys and staff genuinely care about advancing crime victims’ rights, they were palpably concerned with the education and professional development of their interns. I honestly believe that I did more substantive analysis and legal writing during my summer internship than virtually all of my peers in other positions. More importantly, I got the opportunity to do something virtuous: advance crime victims’ rights (an area of law that I candidly admit I knew nothing about before starting).
