J.B. Ruhl Lectures as the 22nd Natural Resources Law Institute Distinguished Visitor

This October, J.B. Ruhl, the Matthews & Hawkins Professor of Property at Florida State University College of Law, will deliver a public lecture on “After Cap-and-Trade: The Climate-Forced Path of Environmental Law.”

 Lewis & Clark Law School’s Natural Resources Law Institute (NRLI) hosts its 22nd Annual Distinguished Visitor Lecture featuring J.B. Ruhl, the Matthews & Hawkins Professor of Property at Florida State University College of Law.
