Constitutional Law II 207-S1

Building on the foundation of the basic constitutional principles of governmental powers, separation of powers, and federalism, this course takes constitutional law into the realm of individual rights. Analysis of substantive due process, equal protection, fundamental rights and free speech.

Prerequisite: Constitutional Law I
