Arkansas DEQ Misrepresented Hog Waste Water Monitoring

2/12/14 - A press release issued today reports on a letter sent on behalf of Earthrise’s clients, charging the Arkansas DEQ with monitoring water for hog waste contamination in the wrong fields.

A press release issued today reports on a letter sent by Earthjustice, Earthrise Law Center, and local attorney Hank Bates on behalf of the Buffalo River Watershed Alliance, National Parks Conservation Association, The Ozark Society and Arkansas Canoe Club.
