We are excited to announce the release of our latest Violence Against Women Bulletin - Victims’ Rights Compel Action to Counteract Judges’ and Juries’ Common Misperceptions About Domestic Violence Victims’ Behaviors. This Bulletin identifies many of the most common domestic violence myths, provides evidence to debunk those myths, and explains that victims’ rights necessitate the education of judges and juries about the possible “counterintuitive” behavior of survivors. We are grateful to Dr. Christopher Wilson, PsyD for being the contributing author on this Bulletin! Click here to read it now and check out our Victim Law Library to find many more publications!
