Crime Victim Litigation Clinic Advancing Victims’ Rights

To secure a place for victims as full participants in the criminal justice system requires culture change, which in turn requires that the next generation of lawyers be more aware of and committed to victims’ rights.  So each term NCVLI teaches the Crime Victim Litigation Clinic at Lewis & Clark Law School.
