Attorney Anna Glazer to teach food law course

Lewis & Clark Law School is pleased to announce that Anne Glazer, attorney at Stoel Rives LLP is teaching a new course on food law this spring term. The class covers food systems, nutrition policy, the Farm Bill, nutritional supplements, cannabis edibles, food labeling, food safety and agricultural policy. Glazer is an adjunct professor at the law school.
Anne Glazer is a leading intellectual property, advertising and business strategy lawyer who has nearly 20 years of experience providing business IP services to companies in a variety of industries, including the food, beverage and hospitality industry. She counsels companies of all sizes on trademark and copyright laws; licensing matters; Internet and website issues; consumer information privacy and security matters; advertising issues, including contests and sweepstakes; and food labeling and packaging, including FDA compliance review.
