My name is Sergio and I am from New York City. After growing up in the Bronx, I went to the University of Albany to study Sociology and History. After attending University of Albany, I moved to Northern California for a year. I then moved to South Korea to teach English. I enjoyed the culture and food in South Korea and found it an amazing place to live. I love to travel and have lived in California, South Korea and Japan. I have also been to New Zealand, Samoa, American Samoa, Thailand, Ecuador and several other countries. Travel has helped me to grow and broaden my horizons. I enjoy meeting different people of all walks of life. Professionally, I aspire to have a career that is focused on community service, by assisting individuals who do not have the resources to defend themselves. My goal in SBA is to build a bridge between SBA and the students. In accomplishing this goal, I will have an open door policy, listening to any concerns that students may have.
