Council of Europe

The Council of Europe promotes the rule of law, democratic governance, and all aspects of human rights protections. Comprised of the 47 member states that are parties to the European Convention on Human Rights, COE offers full-time and temporary positions, but requires citizenship in one of the COE member countries.
