Prior to Fall semester, SLS partners with New Student Orientation and College Outdoors to plan Beyond Portlandia trips for incoming students. Within these trips, student trip leaders introduce incoming first-years to Portland through meaningful service and learning experiences around issues of environmental and economic justice.
