Law professor urges salmon policy reform

In an op-ed in The Oregonian, environmental law professor Michael Blumm urges the Obama administration to take bigger steps toward protecting the Northwest’s wild salmon.

Professor of Law Michael Blumm, an expert in environmental and natural resources law, penned an op-ed in The Oregonian to urge the Obama administration to take bigger steps toward protecting wild salmon in the Columbia and Snake Rivers.
