Law professor urges salmon policy reform

Professor of Law Michael Blumm, an expert in environmental and natural resources law, penned an op-ed in The Oregonian to urge the Obama administration to take bigger steps toward protecting wild salmon in the Columbia and Snake Rivers. 

“Under the Obama plan, it seems that three decades of ineffective action will turn into four,” Blumm writes. Read the full opinion.
