Admissions
Transfer and Visiting Students
Those who seek advanced standing transfer and/or visiting admission must attend or have previously attended another law school approved by the American Bar Association. Candidates must be in good standing and eligible to continue legal studies at their previous law school.
Advanced standing candidates are considered separately from the regular admissions process and may mail or deliver their application to the law school registrar on or before July 15.
1. Application form (submit one of the following):

- Paper Application (you may print the PDF version or request that an application be sent to you). Download Adobe Acrobat here.
2. Application Fee
The application fee is $50. If applying online, you must use a credit card (Visa or MasterCard).
3. Supporting documents
Supporting documents for the transfer application include:
1) a brief letter of intent telling us why you wish to transfer
2) official transcripts and a letter of good standing from your current or former law school
3) official transcripts from the undergraduate institution that granted your bachelor's degree
4) a copy of your LSDAS report showing your LSAT scores. This will be ordered directly from the LSDAS service so be sure your account with them is up-to-date.
We do not require that you submit a personal essay, letters of recommendation, or list of extracurricular activities.

2) official transcripts and a letter of good standing from your current or former law school
3) a copy of your LSDAS report showing your LSAT scores.
