Student Payroll Forms
Students may search for Federal Work Study and non-Federal Work Study positions through Career Services or Student Financial Services. If you have been offered a Work Study or non-Work Study position please stop by the Business Services Office for a packet of paperwork to fill out. Please stop by before you begin working.
Students with Federal Work Study Positions and students working for Bonneville Power Administration will complete a paper timesheet. Students with all other positions will fill in their time on Webadvisor.
Students’ completed and signed Time Sheets must be turned in to Business Services by the date indicated on the time paper timesheet or date indicated in Webadvisor. Pay periods are from the 1st of the month through the end of the month. Checks are issued on the 10th of the month, and may be picked up at the Business Services Office. Students receiving their paycheck through Direct Deposit can view their Advice of Payment on Webadvisor.
