Resume Workshop - October 18th

A resume is often your first - and sometimes only - opportunity to make a positive impression on a potential employer. Errors, mistakes or inconsistencies can have drastic consequences.

Join a counselor from the Professional & Career Development Center for a Resume Drafting Workshop. We will discuss how to effectively highlight your educational achievements and professional experience.  The program will also cover “Do’s and Don’ts”, with concrete examples and points to keep in mind when drafting or updating your resume. CPDC counselors will leave time to address specific questions for individual resumes.

Workshops will be held on the following dates:

• Thursday, October 11, 2012 – 12:00 - 1:00pm
• Wednesday, October 17, 2012 – 5:00 - 7:00pm
• Thursday, October 18, 2012 – 12:00 - 1:00pm
