Professor Norling is an experienced energy and corporate lawyer and entrepreneur who has managed debt and equity financing for numerous renewable energy transactions. He is a nationally-recognized speaker on energy law issues.  Formerly the chair of the energy practice at Lane Powell in Portland, he is now Vice President and General Counsel at Columbia Energy Partners LLC and owner of Portland Biodiesel, LLC.
