Patrick McAtee was awarded first prize in the 2010 Nathan Burkan Memorial Competition at the law school, for his paper, IP Law and Norms in Food Art: Copyright Protection is Just Icing on the Cake. -
Robert Insley was awarded first prize in the 2009 Nathan Burkan Memorial Competition at the law school for his paper Computer Software Subclasses: A Derivative Works Dilemma for the Open Source Movement.
