  • his course provides a practical approach to modern legal research. Designed to prepare law students for research in practice, clerkships and law school, this course will build upon the research skills students acquired in first year Legal Research classes.

  • Participate in the Lewis & Clark Legal Clinic, one of the teaching clinics for the Law School. Students assist in the representation of actual clients and learn the basic lawyering skills of office practice, interviewing, counseling, document preparation, negotiation, and hearing and trial advocacy.
