ELC’s 2011 Mushroom Hunt was a great success! We had a huge group, hunted in a number of different spots in Mt. Hood National Forest. A fun weekend, lots of good food and good times. And who doesn’t love walking around in the woods?

A day of awareness and celebration of real, locally-sourced, sustainable and safe food on October 24, 2011. 

On April 20, 2011, ELC, NEDC, and SALDF put on a big Earth Day celebration - complete with reusable flatware, cups, and utensils - a totally sustainable (and locally grown) feast! We had a rockin’ band (Project Talent!), yummy lunch, Oregon beer, chalk drawing, and flowers!

We also took the first annual Environmental Students CLASS PORTRAIT for Classes of 2011, 2012 and 2013. All those studying here to become environmental lawyers, everyone involved in the environmental groups, related educators and sympathizers posed in this photograph outside during the party.
