Ambassador Cantor will also discuss her time as U.S. Ambassador to the Federated States of Micronesia, where she addressed issues relating to U.S. testing of nuclear weapons in the South Pacific.

He will speak about the flight of Nazis from Germany to Argentina, as well as the origins of the legal concepts of genocide and crimes against humanity.
