Joined Pilkenton & Reeves in Tigard, Oregon. Gitler’s practice focuses on the defense of Progressive Insurance and its policyholders in litigation arising from the use of motor vehicles, including personal injury, property loss, and uninsured motorist and personal injury protection benefits. He previously served as staff counsel for Liberty Mutual Insurance.

Was elected president of the Multnomah Bar Foundation. Glade is a shareholder with Markowitz Herbold Glade in Portland.

Joined Cosgrave Vergeer Kester as an associate attorney in the firm’s complex torts practice group. Petrie Volm’s practice focuses on business and commercial litigation, personal injury, and property damage. She previously worked as a deputy public defender for the Office of Public Defense Services as an appellate attorney, representing clients in the Oregon Court of Appeals and Oregon Supreme Court.

Reports that he finished his first full legislative session with Conservation Voters New Mexico, advocating for stronger environmental laws and incentives for renewable energy development as the organization’s legislative and political director. Next, Shelton is focusing on supporting pro-conservation candidates in the 2016 New Mexico state elections.

Was named partner at Doney Crowley PC. Smith had been a senior associate with the firm since September 2015. His law practice focuses primarily on environmental, real property, and business litigation. Smith is the chair of the Montana State Bar Natural Resource, Energy, and Environmental Law section.

Joined the Dumas Law Group as an associate attorney. The firm will continue to represent victims of child sexual abuse, both adults and children, in cases against perpetrators and institutions. The new firm will also continue to represent small businesses and individuals with civil lawsuits, employment claims, real estate matters, and other business disputes, and has the flexibility to handle certain personal injury and professional malpractice claims.

Joined Tonkon Torp’s business department, where she is focused on start-up companies, privacy, technology, and intellectual property law. Previously, Wallace was a legal advisor for early and growth-stage tech companies specializing in data privacy, intellectual property protection, fundraising, and scalability strategy. She has also worked for Apple, Microsoft, and Avatron Software. Wallace is a certified information privacy professional (CIPP/US).
