Practicing Labor Law in China

Jeffrey Wilson, an Oregon native, Lewis & Clark graduate, and University of Washington law alumnus, works for Jun He, one of the largest Chinese law firms. His specialty is labor law, particularly labor and employment issues facing multinational companies in China (including such issues as worker safety, hourly wages, intellectual property, unions, and collective bargaining).
While in China, he has assisted the American Chamber of Commerce in Shanghai to prepare position papers for submission to National People’s Congress and State Council regarding the Labor Contract Law, Implementing Regulations to Labor Contract Law, Employment Promotion Law, and Social Insurance Law.
