In honor of the 2019 National Crime Victim Rights’ Week, Community Works Inc., the Children’s Advocacy Center of Jackson County and the Jackson County District Attorney’s Office Victims’ Assistance Program have joined together to “Honor our Past and Create Hope for the Future.” NCVLI is excited to join these agencies and invite you to join in the conversation at the Jackson County Library in Medford, Oregon, on April 11th at 5:30 p.m.
NCVLI’s Executive Directive Meg Garvin M.A., J.D., will be speaking, bringing a message of encouragement about the work being done on behalf of crime victims. You will also hear from a survivor of human trafficking who will share her courageous story of hope and strength. All presentations are in English, but there will be literature from local agencies in Spanish as well.
