National Crime Victim Law Institute
Legal Training Institute on Victims’ Rights Post-Conviction
Date: 9:00am - 4:00pm PDT June 5
In fall 2018, NCVLI invited applications for a day-long Legal Training Institute: Victims’ Rights Post-Conviction (Institute). We received an amazing diversity of expert applicants. On June 5, 2019, we will bring together this multi-disciplinary group of post-conviction system and community actors to participate in this daylong training: institute. At the Institute, national experts will facilitate group discussions and case study analysis on the “how to’s” of helping victims assert and seek enforcement of their rights during post-conviction processes.
We are no longer accepting applications for the Institute. If you would like to become involved with NCVLI in our post-conviction or victims’ rights efforts, please visit our Get Involved page.
