Yoga w/ Armand

Join us for a weekly session of Vinyasa yoga.  Vinyasa integrates breathe and movement with focused awareness and alignment.  We will move through traditional yogic poses with intentional sequencing that will emphasize a variety of elements, including stretching and flexibility, strength work, balancing, and meditative opportunities.  Armand’s class is suitable for all students, new and old practitioners alike!  Approximately 60 minutes.  Join us on Zoom here.  Passcode: 384696
