Molly Marcum ’82 practices civil litigation and health law, with a primary focus on healthcare professional liability defense, credentialing issues, and representation of healthcare practitioners before state licensing boards. She combines a medical background as an RN with legal expertise to represent and advise healthcare professionals. Before entering private practice in 1985, she was a law clerk for the Honorable George E. Juba, U.S. Magistrate Judge for the District of Oregon. She has been involved in managing mass tort litigation. Molly’s practice includes litigation, arbitration and mediation, and administrative proceedings before licensing boards.
